Ken Pierce Media Tumblr Joins Five Thousand Post Alliance

It was back in early July when this Ken Pierce Media dotcom had achieved a posting milestone of 5000 Posts. This would happen only a month after its first anniversary and was discussed HERE for those who wish some larger insight. Today, the original “source material’ that this blog stemmed from over on Tumblr achieved its own 5000th post. The reason the website hit that number first was based on a more robust inclusion of the Instagram profiles than I opt to share over to Tumblr. Perhaps that will change since the more we post the more chance there is to see the profiles.

Ken Pierce Media’s Tumblr Turned “12” Today

Greetings my friends and welcome to a shiny new announcement that celebrates my creative worlds use of the Tumblr micro-blogging network. Earlier today I received an email that said that “Ken Pierce Media Turned 12 Today” and if you are one of the diehards who has been paying attention over the last few months you will know that this isn’t correct at all. As an idea, Ken Pierce Media is only one full year old but I have been using Tumblr for “12” years and began doing so for the PiercingMetal website and its assorted social networks. Back in the earliest days of this network it would allow a very streamlined integration of Twitter and Facebook so it was another means of reaching an audience which is never a bad thing to do.

Ken Pierce Media Is On LinkedIn

As the Ken Pierce Media idea increases more and more, I’d like to share one of the latest developments in this brand-building process. For many years, I’ve been a user of the LinkedIn network and this is primarily for personal career networking and interaction. Back in 2013, the option was made available to have company pages and while PiercingMetal.com is a website, for all intents and purposes it is a company of sorts. With this website I am not only doing reviews and photography but also media relations, public relations and social network marketing. Periodically I would notice that the general public that I met at the conventions and shows were seeking to connect and using the medium like they would Facebook and this led me to creating an Official LinkedIn Company Page. The new look is below for ease of keeping up with where the narrative is heading. Yep. The long-standing PiercingMetal LinkedIn Company Page is now the brand-spanking new Ken Pierce Media LinkedIn Company Page. It was a very simple switch and I like it.
