Live Nation Announces The Return Of “Concert Week” and $25 All-In Tickets

Live Nation today announced the return of Concert Week, offering fans access to $25 all-in tickets to more than 3,700 shows across North America this year. The week-long program celebrates one of the biggest and most exciting years for live music and marks the kick-off to an epic summer concert season.

Hey there my friends I’ve returned to share some more news about this continually growing branding that I call “Ken Pierce Media”. Since its inception back in June 2020, its been taken down a much larger path than ever intended and at the time of this writing is heading straight towards its second anniversary. I’ll be talking about that birthday soon enough but today am here to share the news that we have joined the super popular social media network of TikTok.

The Brooklyn Expo Center Event Space Has Apparently Closed Its Doors

While doing some Event updates on the calendars for both PiercingMetal and “The Chronicles” of Piercing Ken, I saw that one of the upcoming happenings had announced a last-minute venue change due to the closure of the Brooklyn Expo Center. Shocking news for sure and when I did a quick Google search for something to confirm this I found absolutely nothing. I then checked another event that usually followed this one and they said they were looking for a new event space so while nothing was out there it would appear that the Brooklyn Expo Center had shut its doors.

This Just In: Toy Fair New York Set to Take Place September 30 to October 3, 2023

The Toy Association, producer of Toy Fair New York, the largest toy, play, and youth entertainment marketplace in the Western Hemisphere, has announced that the 118th edition of the show will take place at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center from September 30 to October 3, 2023 in New York City.

As previously announced, The Toy Association’s Board of Directors, comprised of executives from companies of all sizes, made the decision to shift the tradeshow’s timing to fall from February based on a number of factors, many of which were accelerated by the pandemic. These factors include, but are not limited to, extended lead-times in production supply chain and sourcing and evolved retailer purchasing cycles. The findings were gleaned from multiple member surveys and research work done by consulting firm mdg as part of a multi-year long process to “reimagine” the future of Toy Fair.
