Hey there my friends, so it was only a few short months ago that I revealed the news that the Ken Pierce Media angle had dove into the no longer new but still dominating social network of TikTok. If you missed that post just click HERE to refresh your memory banks. Now the funny thing was that after I signed up I never got around to using it and then after a long time decided to share with our readership that we even had it. I just ended up using the profile to like-bomb a lot of my friends’ content to help their own profiles along. Now the time has come and I’ve finally done my first ever TikTok clip which has been embedded below for your easy consumption.
@kenpiercemedia Showcasing the just received Press Badge for the 2022 New York Comic Con. We are excited to see all of our favorite artists, exhibitors and cosplayers again under one roof.
With the New York Comic Con being around the corner I thought it would be fun to do one of those reveal clips and showcase the Press Badge since we are attending this massive media event as a member of the regional Geek Media. It’s my twelfth year attending and its without question that I am very excited about participating. I hope everyone enjoys this video and what I’ve learned about the network is that you see your Followers and the Likes in the main screen. The Followers are pretty obvious but to clarify the Likes, these are the likes that your videos have accrued since being posted. They don’t seem to showcase the Views to the public which would be nice. Perhaps in a future version this will be the case. I was glad that I finally dove in because it took me a few times to get this correct and I do want to use it around the New York Comic Con. Did you like this clip? Sure this is a humble start in terms of usage but one that I think can help the branding along just fine. If you recall during my first announcement post I said that I might use this for both PiercingMetal and Piercing Ken and I am now firm in that decision. I plan to say KPM or “Ken here” at the onset and then mention which site I am working towards in the clip. Since you can only record a maximum of “60” seconds for a TikTok I’m going to have to think very fast. Let’s see how it all comes along and if you are using this medium as well please give us a “Follow” and “Like” this first clip. Once I see a bunch of followers I will be liking their run of posts as a thank you. That’s all I have on this and I hope to keep you entertained. See you next time around.
