Ken Pierce Media Posts 50th Clip on TikTok

Yesterday, the Ken Pierce Media angle posted what amounted to being the fiftieth video clip to the TikTok network. As I pointed out in a post found HERE; I have had an account for a number of months before actually diving into its use when I got the pass for the 2022 edition of the New York Comic Con. That First Clip was only done back in late September so I was kind of amused to hit clip #50 not even two months later and now I’ve got some thoughts on this network and will share the overall view on how I’m going to keep on using it.

Reminding everyone in our orbit to get out and vote tomorrow on #electionday 11/8/2022. It’s really important to #castyourvote and keep the politicians working for us as much as possible. I’ll be working as one of the Inspectors.

When I got started using this I learned that a good practice was to have any TikTok’s share over to your Instagram and since both PiercingMetal and Piercing Ken have accounts on The Gram this was double useful. I begin most clips with an introduction and then mention which side of the creative coin I am utilizing. If I can keep the clip to 60 seconds or less I can port that same clip from Instagram over to the related YouTube Channel. Now this might seem like a lot of work its really not since you have the same clip across all networks and since the general audience is not likely to be following your brand on every single network out there no one gets annoyed about the repetition. You can do longer TikTok and Instagram Reels but right now the Shorts on YouTube are only 60 seconds maximum. I hope they up that to at least 90 seconds since I breathe a little slower with the additional time 🙂

I admit that I feel lost sometimes in TikTok based on the overall content base. There are a lot of girls doing dances with crazy voiceovers and a lot of animal content, the latter of which I love since I am a pet lover. I have a few dozen followers so far and a few hundred “likes” to my clips. It’s encouraging so if you are a fan of what PiercingMetal or Piercing Ken are doing with the websites, I’d appreciate some love being tossed to the TikTok Realm. Like the YouTube Channels, the number of followers and likes help the account rise and that would be awesome. I tend to like-bomb my friends content and we don’t mind this being reciprocated at all. I won’t be featuring every single post here on the website but will consider another check in once I hit TikTok #100. I’m enjoying using this just the same and being off script time and time again. I hope you like it as well.
