Recently, I learned about the VidIQ service from our good friends over at the Ghost Cult Magazine and my interest in them was piqued as a provider of entertainment. VidIQ is aimed at analyzing and helping creators along with their YouTube Channels and as many know, there are official profiles for both PiercingMetal and Piercing Ken. Once I signed up for the service I got a number of emails and when they detected either a “milestone” or “achievement”, they would send over a certificate and I’m sharing one down below with you all.

Now before you start teasing about the low number of subscribers, let me point out that I never thought that I would be using YouTube for more than a profile name that could comment on and like other creators videos as that brand. For years, the website alone was paramount for me and nothing more was paid attention to. Then social media took a big climb in importance and so did YouTube. Now I am trying to use it as often as possible. What I plan on doing with VidIQ announcements like this one is to share them right here on Ken Pierce Media instead of the website that the YouTube Channel belongs to. Hear me out on this. Since launching the KPM idea, I’ve done my best to make it the executive branch level of editorial viewpoints. Doing it like this will not only help foster that mindset but will also help this outlet continue to expand across Google searches. Another reason is based on having plenty to do on PiercingMetal on a regular basis. So far I’ve only set up VidIQ for PiercingMetal and I will get around to doing Piercing Ken if I like the intel that I get for this site. Only time will tell, but if you are one of our “600” PiercingMetal subscribers I say “Thank You”. If you’re not, you can correct the oversight via the link right below. I’ll consider it an early birthday present 🙂
