Ken Pierce Media Posts 750th Clip on TikTok

Greetings my friends and if you’ve already been following along with any of my TikTok related posts, I say “Welcome Back”. As expected, I have returned to shine a little spotlight on the Official Ken Pierce Media profile based on my hitting another increment of “50”. Believe it or not we are at a grand total now of “750” videos on the TikTok and that’s kind of awesome. Unlike some of my other clips, this one is from just the other day when I snagged the pile of comics from my local shop. I’ve been enjoying the share of this kind of clip because I think it helps collectors know what their peers are getting and might send them off to the shops nearest them to secure an issue or two. This weeks batch was an interesting one which you can see for yourself so without any further adieu, presenting the 750th TikTok from Ken Pierce Media.

Some of you might recall my mentioning that I come to the realization that this kind of broadcast would also be able to help one of the underperforming posts or even to raise some more attention to a post that I felt I wanted you to see. Since the plateau post focused on the Comic Book Acquisitions this time around, I’ve decided to add two additional related posts as my “hey look at these too” entries. Don’t worry, that isn’t what I am calling them but just saying it for now. I figured that adding some additional comic book videos here was good based on the time of this latest plateau because the New York Comic Con is literally around the corner and I will once again be attending as a member of the press and it will be my fourteenth straight year of hitting this massive media convention. So let’s just enjoy these additional Comic Book Acquisitions clips and know that you can probably find most of these still at your local comic book shop. They are new enough to still be on the racks with some now being in the back issue boxes. We get our stuff from the neighborhood Galaxy Comics but sometimes if we are missing something head over to either Midtown Comics and Forbidden Planet in the city. Enjoy.

Sticking to format I’ll keep on stating that I never know when the next plateau will be hit but it will be in almost 50 days for sure. That being said I might need to reconsider this stance since the videos are really backing up and when I hit a convention or an art show I end up with dozens more to share with those who are following us or just happened to see this content in their feed. If I get to the practice of more than one entry a day I will likely be sticking to a time format. So 12PM, 6PM etc. The way that I post to YouTube for the longer videos finds me always premiering at midnight. A colleague of mine suggested that practice and I’ve never strayed from the path. With so many videos on the “TikTok Phone” as I joke about I’d prefer to post the clips outside of that midnight launch time. Now onto some technical details. The profile still grows but remains on the slower side as we’ve achieved “346” followers at the time of this update and over the last 60 days have secured just about 54K views of the content. There still is no means of sharing a complete number of historical views despite their being a “Custom” option to choose from. The KPM Profile shows that our content has a total of about 9.1K “Likes” which is nice but of course more is better in this scenario. Let’s get that pushed beyond the 10K mark for better traction of the content. I cannot stress how important it is for the viewer to click the heart when they see our posts and of course to keep on following us.

Wrapping it all up I want to extend my thanks for any of the time that gets spent on our TikTok Profile. Since Ken Pierce Media does not have its own Instagram profile, this is one of the main things that is used for the brand. Now if you’ve watched any of the news reports you already know that the Senate and President Biden have signed the bill to ban this application in the USA unless China sells it to a US based company. They fear all of the data that the Chinese government is getting from our citizens and while that surely must be a legitimate concern, we are all logging into things like Google and Facebook for endless hours a day and carry personal tracking devices with us everywhere and perhaps those should be looked into a little more first. This current administration has bigger fish to fry to help its citizens and I apologize for getting semi-political. With Election Day coming up in a couple of months this could be an interesting battle and I do hope something is worked out. I’ve pointed out that while I will hate to lose access to it and I imagine the videos themselves, the Ken Pierce Media profile serves content on YouTube and Instagram as well and can be easily found via #kenpiercemedia as a Google Search. Anyway, let me not close the bin on the platform yet as there is still time for changes. With the upcoming ban of the platform its very important that all of the users out there, and especially the ones who are making some serious coin from it get out and vote when Election Day rolls around. I figured I would point out that if you are not registered as a Republican, a Democrat or even an Independent that you get started on the process. If the ban does stick I know I will be going to look for who in my areas Senate helped this along and make sure to let their office know that they are hopefully losing their tenure. We are a louder voice together my friends and let’s hope for the best. It’s also good to vote since that lets you argue on the other social media platforms with some authenticity. See you back at the next plateau. We will most likely get a few more in before D-Day. Cheers and thanks once more. If you like what you see here go tell somebody.
