This narrative is a new kind of broadcast for me and is going to share one of the year-end rundowns that was received. I don’t know how many of you use the Reddit network but I’ve been signed up for a couple of years now and will admit that I’m still a bit of a novice. That being said, here are the screen grabs of the rundown from last year. I hope you enjoy it. I like their notion of looking back and moving forward in their service.
Reddit is broken up into assorted Communities and I opted to get my feet wet with a couple of career communities and one to hopefully raise awareness about the three YouTube Channels that I operate. Since I am still new to using this more often I am not too sure I can post on Metal or Lifestyle communities about the adventures of PiercingMetal and The Chronicles of Piercing Ken but let’s see what happens in the coming months.
It was funny to learn how they measure the amount of scrolling that you did over the course of your time on the network. As I’ve been using it more of late, I guess I will predict something along the lines of 3K bananas.
When you like a post or dislike something you click either the upvote or the downvote. I mostly upvote content I see and don’t pay much mind to downvoting as opposed to saying nothing. This visual shows that I helped a “Falcon and Winter Soldier” post climb high on the Reddit charts. The show was pretty good if you haven’t seen it yet. You’ll need to be a subcriber of the Disney+ streaming service if it interests you at all.
When people like what you’ve contributed to the mix they can give you some karma and while “12” isn’t a whole lot to speak of, it was very nice that a few people opted to give me that. I will work harder in the new year on the service and hopefully have more karma to speak about.
Some liked the comment that they point out here and as I mentioned I prefer to keep this positive. It doesn’t hurt to build people up nowadays as the pandemic has shot so many of us down.
This was interesting but also somewhat deceiving since I didn’t ever spend six hours on any community page. I probably only opened it up and left it on a tab in my browser that I forgot I opened. I say this because when I scroll on Reddit its a quite assault in a similar fashion of doing the like-bombing of my friends Instagram accounts.
I did get a kick out of the Reddit Avatar they let me create.
It was fun to use this area to hopefully learn some new things and expand on the ideas that I am doing on this site and the other two more active brands. Ken Pierce Media while branded as the executive creative branch is still growing and building and so far so good.

Ken Pierce Media Thoughts: So that’s that. Not too crazy in terms of numbers but again I am still new to using this network for anything. The interested are welcome to follow the posts I make and the profile lists some of the important links that we need you to follow as well. I am not certain at this time how much communicating I will be doing on it outside of immediate friends and networking contacts but that might change as time marches on.
